Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Last reviewed: 1 January 2026.
1. Scope
The reading library at sparkforceeo.world is offered free of charge. This policy applies to any optional paid items that may be introduced in the future, such as printed booklets or downloadable templates, and is published in advance so that readers know what to expect.
2. Cooling-off period
If a paid item is offered to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content the buyer expressly asked to access immediately and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights, in line with applicable law.
3. Refund eligibility
- Physical items: a refund of the purchase price (excluding outbound shipping where applicable) is available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
- Digital items: a refund is available where the file has been delivered but cannot be opened or used because of a fault on our side.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases: a full refund is available on request within 30 days.
4. Australian Consumer Law
For readers in Australia, our paid items come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If an item is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is unfit for the disclosed purpose, you are entitled to a remedy. This policy is intended to operate alongside those rights, not to limit them.
5. How to request a refund
- Write to notifyuse@sparkforceeo.world within the relevant window.
- Include your order reference, the name of the item, and a short note describing the issue.
- For physical items, follow the return instructions sent in reply.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
6. Items that are not refundable
- Donations and voluntary contributions.
- Personalised items prepared to your specifications, once production has started.
- Items returned outside the eligibility window without a consumer-law basis.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may contact the publisher in writing for a further review, and you retain access to the dispute-resolution bodies available under your local consumer law.
8. Contact
For all refund enquiries, write to notifyuse@sparkforceeo.world or by post to Level 1, 100 Cubitt Street, Cremorne VIC 3121, Australia.
